We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for therapists' time, Kneading Soul Therapy has adopted the following policies:
48 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late without contacting us, you are considered a no-show. If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please cancel or reschedule in a reasonable time frame.
No-shows: Anyone who either forgets or misses their appointment with no contact, will be considered a "no-show". They will be charged the full amount for their missed appointment. Payment is required before services are rendered.
Arriving late: Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other appointments following yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. If you choose to move forward with a shortened session, regardless of the length of treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the "full" session price.
Inappropriate behavior: This is a professional place of business and inappropriate behavior will NOT be tolerated. Any inappropriate conversation or actions will result in the service being cancelled and a refund will not be issued.
