Membership Enrollment Rules

1. Payment Terms

   • Payments will be automatically deducted on the 1st of each month.

   • Memberships can only be enrolled in once per year.

   • If a membership is canceled, you cannot re-enroll for one year.

2. Pause Policy

   • Memberships may be paused for one month during the year.

   • Memberships will automatically resume on the 1st of the following month.

3. Enrollment Process

   • Memberships must be set up in person. Completion of necessary paperwork is required to authorize monthly transactions.

   • Please call or text us to confirm your enrollment visit so we can ensure a team member is available to assist you.

4. Booking Appointments

   • Members can easily book online by selecting the membership they are enrolled in on the booking screen.

   • Members may only book the number of appointments included in their membership each month.

   • If more appointments are booked than allowed, they will be declined.

1. Monthly Relaxation Plan

• $140/month: 2 x 60-minute Swedish massages

2. Monthly Recovery Plan

• $160/month: 2 x 60-minute deep tissue massages

• Savings: $20

3. Premium Wellness Plan

• $220/month: 2 x 90-minute Swedish massages

• $260/month: 2 x 90-minute deep tissue massages

• Savings: $20

4. Two Hour Deep Tissue Package (No Sign up needed)

• Book 5 sessions for a total of $900 (a $1,080 value)

• Get 1 additional session FREE!

• Total savings: $180

• You do not have to book all sessions at once. Once you reach 5 visits we will book your free appointment.
